About the position

The Mulesoft Architect is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality APIs with a focus on scalability and performance. This role requires extensive experience in Mulesoft integration and API management, providing advisory support to development teams and ensuring best practices in API security and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of high-quality APIs.
• Provide advisory support to the development team.
• Integrate APIs with existing systems and implement best practices around Mulesoft development delivery.
• Ensure API security, optimized performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide technical guidance for development teams.
• Participate in transformative programs and provide expert reviews and design inputs for solution initiatives.

Requirements

• 14+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 10+ years of proficient knowledge in Mulesoft integration and Mulesoft iPaas platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, and SOA.
• Experience with databases and good SQL server knowledge.
• Advanced or competent experience in Heroku Connect, SSIS/Azure Data Factory, or other ETL tools.
• Familiarity with emerging data technologies such as Azure Cloud.
