About the position

The Multi-Asset Product Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's suite of outcome-oriented Multi-Asset portfolios. This position involves deep engagement with product knowledge, client servicing, and collaboration with senior investment professionals and the global sales force. The analyst will be responsible for preparing client materials, conducting market research, and assisting in product development, all while gaining exposure to various business units and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep, product-related knowledge for global multi-asset strategies, including investment process and performance.
  • Prepare regularly scheduled client servicing materials on a quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Research and fulfill ad hoc inquiries from clients and other professionals regarding portfolio attributes and market outlooks.
  • Prepare and update marketing presentations for new business development, customizing as needed for finals presentations.
  • Analyze and report on the competitive positioning of the firm's products.
  • Assist with the product development process for new or evolving portfolios.

Requirements

  • Understanding of capital markets and the asset management business.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with creativity and a marketing sense being a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Effective time management and data management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with fellow Product Team members and other colleagues globally.
  • BA/BS in Finance or related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong quantitative orientation.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in the financial industry.
