About the position

The Multi-Asset Solutions Analyst role involves comprehensive management of client accounts from a Client Operations perspective. The analyst will coordinate client events and issues across various operational teams, acting as the primary contact for Client Operations. This position requires effective communication with clients and counterparties to ensure smooth operational flows and adherence to service standards, while also maintaining data accuracy and oversight of accounting policies.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic ownership and understanding of client accounts from a Client Operations perspective.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks across a multi-disciplined team to ensure operational information is received and systems are set up prior to account trading activity.
  • Liaise with clients' appointed counterparties (custodian, prime broker, etc.) to enable connectivity and respond to service requests.
  • Interpret and determine operational client requirements and service standards from legal documentation and business requirements.
  • Coordinate controls and sign-offs both internally and externally.
  • Ensure accounting data accuracy and provide accounting policy oversight for the investment management process.
  • Proactively review indicators of operational issues/concerns to resolve them before client impact.
  • Review account level metrics and escalate, remediate exceptions as appropriate.
  • Provide thought leadership in navigating the evolving financial regulatory landscape and develop technological solutions.
  • Apply process reengineering methodologies in executing strategies and tactical solutions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across product groups, regions, and functional responsibilities.
