The position involves performing basic routine patient care procedures under the supervision of a Nurse. Responsibilities
- Performs basic routine patient care procedures as directed under the supervision of the Nurse.
- Accurately collects blood and other specimens from patients in a timely manner.
- Ensures accurate and safe delivery of the labeled specimens to the lab.
- Performs electrocardiograph evaluations for patients as directed by physicians.
- Maintains an orderly, safe, and clean environment.
- Consistently displays professional conduct during interactions.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with participation in shared leadership.
- Meets hospital attendance requirements.
- Accepts responsibility for individual actions.
- Actively shares knowledge, information, and expertise with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Patient Care Tech experience preferred.
