About the position

The Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Manager at Danone is responsible for driving business growth through the optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and enhancing digital engagement across Nutricia brands. This role involves collaboration with brand managers, managing external agencies, and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to achieve digital marketing objectives. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to own digital marketing KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Guide brand teams on multi-channel engagement execution with data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality work aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Own the roadmap for MCE digital KPIs and work with the IT team to automate performance measurement.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and creating relationships with technology partners.
  • Extensive knowledge of MCE tools and digital channels such as CRM, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous product ownership experience.
  • Experience in a D2C environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations.
