About The Position
As our HR Director, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations thrive by supporting all aspects of the employee/employer relationship. From developing organizational culture initiatives and ensuring compliance, to supporting employees, creating policies, and providing training, your work will directly impact the success of our clients and the well-being of their teams. You must be able to service multiple client relationships and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Human Resources Director/Head of HR makes a significant impact on our team and our business partners by providing leadership, expertise, accuracy, skill, and savviness. The HR Director must live out and lead a culture that embodies Missionwell’s core values. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and will liaise with the Senior Leadership Team.
