About The Position

We are looking for a Multi-Craft Technician to join our Maintenance team on the Day Shift. In this role, you will repair and maintain manufacturing and R&D equipment. This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Requirements

  • Completion of an apprentice program or 2 year technical degree or minimum of 2 years experience in repair, maintenance and/or calibration of equipment
  • Electrical experience up to and including 208 volts, and understand basic electronics/electrical theory
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following; Pneumatics, motors and gear drives/controls, automation, temperature controls, water systems, pumps, and PLC's
  • Working knowledge of electrical mechanical drawings/schematics and measurement equipment (i.e., multi-meters, timers, calipers, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing equipment; including production equipment
  • Understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Office; including Maintenance Management Systems, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
  • Solid understanding of the use of power tools and shop practices
  • Ability to occasionally work weekends and off-hours to meet customer needs
  • Ability and willingness to work at heights of at least 15ft, lift 50 lbs. and work in challenging locations
  • Ability and willingness to travel 5%

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment within a clean room and supporting infrastructure
  • Respond to maintenance service calls, perform scheduled and unscheduled work, installations, and enhancements of machinery and equipment
  • Ensure Quality System requirements are being met
  • Work with multiple teams across the division including production, skilled trades and technical Associates while maximizing schedule efficiency and minimizing impact to manufacturing
  • Document work performed per procedures
  • Support other facilities as required
  • Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position
  • Additional responsibilities as required within the scope of this position
