About the position

As a Leasing Agent at Mayfield Residential, you will play a vital role in the multifamily industry by assisting in property operations and leasing activities. This position focuses on creating an exceptional living environment for residents while supporting leasing and financial goals. You will report directly to the Community Manager and be involved in various aspects of leasing and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing efforts by conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and processing lease applications to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Aid in completing administrative tasks such as lease paperwork, resident correspondence, and data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address resident maintenance requests and ensure the property's appearance meets company standards.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with leasing regulations and company policies during the leasing process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months + in a Leasing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
