About the position

The Regional Manager for the Multi-Family Division at JWilliams Staffing is a leadership role focused on business development, client satisfaction, and the management of temporary employees in the Greater Sacramento Area. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days in the office and involves building long-term client relationships, overseeing recruitment efforts, and ensuring high performance from staff.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and expand services within the region to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive client database, focusing on long-term relationship building and consistent follow-ups.
  • Market services directly to client communities to increase visibility and showcase industry expertise.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers to foster partnerships and deliver customized solutions.
  • Collaborate on targeted marketing initiatives to keep services top-of-mind.
  • Work closely with the Senior VP to create strategies for securing large national accounts and nurturing relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Attend regional Multi-Family industry events to strengthen the JWS brand and expand the network of industry influencers.
  • Engage with top-tier candidates through professional interviews to recruit the best talent for clients.
  • Oversee the training and onboarding of new hires to ensure seamless integration and high performance.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for temporary employees to meet client expectations and uphold company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in the New Homes/Multi-Family industry, including business development and account management.
  • 3+ years in a management role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen for managing budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to client sites.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (1 year required).
  • Real Estate License (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel (25% preferred).
