The Sales Associate position at Jacobs Auto Group offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-franchise dealership, representing leading automotive brands including VinFast and Mitsubishi. This role is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about automotive sales, particularly in the electric vehicle sector. The position emphasizes customer engagement, relationship building, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone, providing a tailored sales experience for each client.
• Showcase a diverse selection of new vehicles from VinFast and Mitsubishi, as well as an extensive range of pre-owned cars.
• Educate customers on the benefits of transitioning to electric vehicles and the unique features of the VinFast brand.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the continued success of Jacobs Auto Group.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar high-ticket sales environment is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for new and pre-owned cars is essential.
• Knowledge of or interest in electric vehicles (EVs) is a huge plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
