Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple retail locations and supervise the sales team.
  • Drive profitability and performance across all stores.
  • Select and retain talent based on business needs.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support to the team.
  • Ensure kiosk employees meet defined monthly sales and operational metrics.
  • Engage in business operations including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with teams regarding new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
