About the position

The Multi-Media Account Executive at Townsquare Media is a key role focused on driving sales and building client relationships in the Lansing market. This position involves leveraging media solutions to meet client needs, conducting market analysis, and developing successful marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and secure new clients using proprietary data and analytics.
  • Provide world-class client service, research, and market analysis to create successful campaigns.
  • Diversify clients' solutions through cross-selling various marketing solutions including broadcast and digital.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work hands-on with the Director of Sales and Market President to set and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
  • BA/BS degree (preferred)
