About the position

The Multi-Media/Graphics Designer at Kids Dental Brands is a crucial role focused on creating, editing, and distributing a variety of visual assets to engage both internal and external audiences. This full-time, hybrid position requires a creative individual who can produce digital and print graphics, as well as video content for social media and advertising. The designer will work collaboratively within a team to uphold brand standards and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to create and edit diverse assets, including TV/radio ads, digital/social media graphics, video content, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Develop video content aligned with brand standards for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas that support both marketing and operational objectives.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, oversee production schedules, and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Utilize HubSpot to aid digital marketing efforts, including content management, asset organization, and landing page creation.
  • Uphold brand standards across all visual materials and ensure consistency in branding.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, social media content creation, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, and video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for supporting digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in capturing, editing, and managing video/audio content.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders throughout the creative process.
