Delaware Elevator is a leading elevator manufacturing company that is currently expanding its workforce. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a specialized manufacturing industry. Our company offers a variety of positions, including Carpenters, Manufacturing Helpers, Assemblers, Press Brake Operators, CNC Punch Press Operators, and Packagers. Each role plays a crucial part in the production of high-quality elevator systems, and we are committed to providing a supportive team environment where employees can thrive and grow. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing wood components in elevator cabs and interiors. Manufacturing Helpers will assist in various production tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a clean workspace. Assemblers will focus on assembling elevator cab shells, panels, fronts, and other components, following detailed instructions and ensuring quality control. Press Brake Operators will operate press brake machines to shape metal components according to specifications, while CNC Punch Press Operators will set up and operate CNC punch press machines to cut and shape metal parts based on technical drawings. Lastly, Packagers will prepare and package finished products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and labeled correctly. We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and strong communication skills are essential.
