This includes maximizing occupancy levels, enhancing income, and maintaining property values while adhering to industry standards and company policies. In this role, the Multi-Site Community Manager will supervise and coordinate various activities and resources to achieve the properties' objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining a high standard of property appearance and safety.
