About the position

Income Property Specialists is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee our beautiful multi-site apartment communities located in San Jose. The Multi-Site Property Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties that include managing the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing initiatives, establishing and maintaining financial goals, and managing and supporting the property team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service to residents and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess proven supervisory skills and a strong background in financial analysis, as well as solid organizational and administrative capabilities. Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry is essential, along with strong marketing and sales skills. The Multi-Site Property Manager will also need to demonstrate superior customer service and resident relations experience, ensuring that all tenants feel valued and supported. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Multi-Site Property Manager will be expected to prepare and deliver presentations to ownership and the community, manage vendor relationships, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including vendors, tenants, staff, and ownership. This position is crucial for maintaining the overall success and reputation of our properties, and the right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multi-site apartment communities.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels across properties.
  • Support marketing programs to attract and retain tenants.
  • Establish and maintain financial goals for the properties.
  • Manage and support the property team effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to ownership and the community.
  • Develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff, and ownership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior property management experience.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • Strong financial analysis and computer skills.
  • Solid organization and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills.
  • Superior customer service and resident relations experience.
  • Property management software experience required, with Yardi Voyager experience being a plus.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong vendor management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager software.
