About the position

As a General Manager at Victra, you will be responsible for shaping the guest experience and leading a team to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. This role involves coaching and developing your team, driving high-performance results in a fast-paced retail environment, and ensuring a positive customer and employee experience. You will also mentor your Assistant General Manager and oversee all retail store functions, including sales strategy development, employee training, and inventory compliance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
