About the position

The Multi-Unit Hospitality Human Resource Manager at Paradies Lagardère is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement within a diverse and inclusive environment at Denver International Airport. This role involves overseeing human resource functions, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting career development opportunities. The manager will also be actively involved in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a high standard of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and drive an engaged workforce and career development.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Source high potential candidates using various recruiting avenues.
  • Ensure compliance-based and brand-specific training is completed on time.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Drive associate engagement through various methods, including surveys.
  • Develop associate incentives and recognition programs.
  • Guide business partners on HR policies and processes for compliance.
  • Conduct employee relation investigations and analyze organizational health issues.
  • Lead and guide the new hire and onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Food and Beverage environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a retail and dining environment.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and electronic filing systems.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies.
