About The Position
The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager (MUL) is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a portfolio of 5-8 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, maximizing sales and profits, and delivering exceptional guest service while adhering to brand standards. The MUL supports restaurant managers and engages with the franchisee to drive performance improvements and implement business strategies.
