About the position

The Multi-Unit Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations across eight retail stores within a designated territory, which includes parts of Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This role focuses on achieving sales financial objectives, recruiting and training store managers, and effectively communicating with wholesale accounts to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee sales operations at 8 retail stores within the sales territory.
  • Meet territory sales financial objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, and train managers for locations within the territory.
  • Communicate persuasively with wholesale accounts.
  • Conduct effective store visits and communicate job expectations to direct reports.
  • Identify performance gaps and partner with direct reports to build action plans.
  • Hold direct reports accountable for productivity and customer service standards.
  • Provide effective problem resolution and implement necessary changes.
  • Consult and partner with Councils and Distributors to understand business needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary between $100,000 - $105,000 per year.
