About the position

The Multidisciplinary Senior Designer/AD role is a temporary position within a leading financial client's Design Studio, focusing on creative projects that integrate environmental, social, and governance principles. This hybrid role requires collaboration with clients and the creative team to deliver high-quality design across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential. The designer will manage the quality of design throughout all project phases and present work to stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative projects from strategy and conception to delivery and completion.
• Collaborate with clients and the creative team to execute top-quality design.
• Manage the quality of design throughout all project phases.
• Participate in cross-team collaboration and communications.
• Present work confidently and professionally to stakeholders and clients.
• Work across a variety of projects with multiple client stakeholders.
• Own creative projects from brief through delivery.
• Propose and deliver innovative executions across both digital and print mediums.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience, with 2 years in a Senior Design role at a design firm, agency, or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating superlative design work across media.
• Ability to own creative projects from brief through delivery.
• Highly collaborative team player.
• Experience with complex and evolving design systems and brands.
• Ability to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to pivot quickly from project to project.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
• Knowledge of media marketing strategies, including email and social media.
