About the position

The Multifamily Asset Manager at Integra-Peak Management is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities, focusing on capital projects, maintenance programs, and financial management. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to work closely with the company President and Vice-President, ensuring operational policies are enforced and that the properties are managed effectively. The Asset Manager will also be involved in recruiting, marketing, and training staff while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a portfolio of multifamily properties and oversee capital projects.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Communicate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with regional supervisors and property managers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reports on property performance.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring site staff.
• Support marketing efforts and training initiatives.
• Focus on cost control and capital planning for properties.
• Track and oversee ongoing capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affordable multifamily asset management or property management.
• Proven track record of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of independence, motivation, and accountability.
• Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8.
