About the position

The Multifamily Asset Manager at Integra-Peak Management is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities, focusing on capital projects, maintenance programs, and financial management. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage regional supervisors and ensure operational policies are enforced. The Asset Manager will work closely with the company President and Vice-President to achieve financial goals and maintain a cohesive team environment across all properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a portfolio of multifamily properties and oversee capital projects.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Communicate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with regional supervisors and site managers on project implementation.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reporting on property performance.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training site staff.
• Support marketing efforts for the properties.
• Focus on cost control and capital planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affordable multifamily asset management or property management.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of independence, motivation, and accountability.
• Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8.
