The Multifamily Loan Administration Professional at Freddie Mac plays a crucial role in enhancing the housing finance system by focusing on loan administration, operational efficiency, and innovation. This position involves collaborating with various teams to mitigate documentation risks and support the annual assessment of master servicing costs, ultimately contributing to making homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Mitigate documentation risk from purchase to disposition in loan administration.
  • Drive operational efficiency and innovation initiatives across the broader Operations team.
  • Collaborate with Operations leads and business partners to gather and consolidate ideas.
  • Identify business unit requirements and create project and process specifications.
  • Support the Office of the Trustee in the annual master servicing cost analysis.
  • Gather data and support data analysis and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably at Freddie Mac.
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience in the Multifamily mortgage business is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create macros, tables, and charts.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
