About the position
We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians to join our team, particularly those with multi-family experience. The role involves ensuring the upkeep of apartment grounds and responding to maintenance requests promptly. This position is ideal for dedicated individuals who are available immediately in the Upstate area.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring grounds are clear of trash and debris daily
- Conducting make-ready turns to prepare apartments for new tenants
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from current residents
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in maintenance (facilities, building, etc.) is essential
- Multi-family experience is a plus
- Must own a basic tool kit and basic drill
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems (EPA certified a plus)
- Experience in drywall repairs, paint, appliance repairs, plumbing, and/or electrical
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
