In this role, you will be responsible for increasing property revenue by building and leading a high-performing team focused on sales and service excellence. You will assess, train, and develop your team on best practices in salesmanship and operations. Building strong relationships with maintenance professionals is crucial to ensure that our properties are presented as best in class. Accessibility to community needs, including nights and weekends when required, is essential. You will also assist in managing client and owner relationships by conducting community tours, providing performance updates, and responding to owner requests. Promoting resident satisfaction and retention is a key responsibility, which involves timely responses to complaints and requests, as well as taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues. You will follow established procedures related to evictions, ensuring compliance with notice requirements and representing the community in court hearings as necessary. Organizing daily huddles to discuss company virtues, business goals, and team successes will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will complete the budget strategy workbook and draft the annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements and reviewing marketing information. Gathering and interpreting market trends will help you implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Regular property inspections will be conducted to ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet safety and cleanliness standards. Completing all required training to stay current with company policies and procedures is also expected.
