About the position

The Multifamily Startup and Warranty Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multifamily HVAC projects, ensuring that teams meet project milestones and client expectations. This role involves regular communication with contractors and vendors, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations. The position is integral to maintaining the company's standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and completion dates.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, company management, subcontractors, tradesmen, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all building and safety regulations.
• Read and understand multifamily construction plans.
• Hold self and others accountable to deadlines and company standards.
• Ensure every project is completed according to code.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades, and payments.
• Promote the mission, vision, and business philosophy of the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Multifamily Construction Supervisor
• Project management skills preferably in a multifamily setting
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills both verbally and written
• Motivated problem solver and collaborative team player
• Ability to travel if needed
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Service Titan experience is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!
