Cumulus Media in New Orleans is seeking a Multimedia Account Executive who excels in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and providing tailored advertising solutions to help clients achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs and develop customized advertising solutions.
• Deliver effective multi-platform sales presentations including broadcast, digital, and events.
• Sell Cumulus' station digital assets and audience extension products.
• Prospect and seek new clientele through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Follow corporate procedures for preparing orders and resolving billing issues.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in developing new business relationships in an outside sales role.
• Strong presentation skills to clients regarding sales opportunities.
• Understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with prospects.
• Comprehension of sales metrics to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally.
• High energy and passion for the job.
• Digitally savvy.
• 1-3 years of media sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
