About the position

The Multimedia Advertising Executive will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for a local media company recognized for its excellence in publishing. This full-time position involves maintaining and growing an existing book of business while acquiring new accounts through consultative selling techniques. The role requires frequent in-person contact with advertisers and prospects in Bucks County and surrounding areas, making it essential for the candidate to have strong sales skills and marketing savvy.

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue for the company's multimedia products and publications.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business.
• Acquire new accounts through effective sales strategies.
• Conduct pre-call research and make in-person appointments with clients.
• Prepare and present proposals based on needs analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales support team and design department to schedule and build ads for clients.
• Utilize CRM effectively to manage client relationships and sales processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional ability in driving media sales and advertising growth.
• Experience in consultative selling, including proposal writing and closing sales.
• Effective use of a CRM system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other internal systems.
• A valid driver's license and insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Bucks County and its market dynamics.
• Experience in advertising sales for at least 1 year.
