About the position

The Multimedia Account Executive will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for a local media company recognized for its excellence in publishing. This role involves maintaining and growing an existing book of business while acquiring new accounts, focusing on a range of digital media products as well as print publications. The position requires frequent in-person contact with clients and prospects in Bucks County and surrounding areas, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork within the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising revenue for multimedia products and publications.
  • Maintain and grow an existing book of business.
  • Acquire new accounts through effective sales strategies.
  • Engage in consultative selling, including pre-call research and needs analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to build and schedule ads under deadlines.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage client relationships.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients and close sales.

Requirements

  • Exceptional ability in driving media sales and advertising growth.
  • Digital media sales experience is required.
  • Experience in consultative selling processes.
  • Effective use of a CRM system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other internal systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales support and design teams.
