About the position

The Multimedia Animator Specialist at Quest Corporation of America, Inc. focuses on creating high-quality 3D and 2D animations and motion graphics. This role involves collaborating on various projects, from storyboarding to post-production, utilizing advanced animation software and tools to produce engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

• Creating motion graphic/asset animation for videos as needed
• Creating realistic renderings or environments from drone footage
• Collaborating on scripting, storyboarding, editing, and post-production review
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for new projects
• Interacting with Quest associates on animation-related services
• Maintaining time management
• Collaborating with direct report to grasp production needs and specifications
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with multimedia leadership
• Attending weekly meetings, when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in animation or similar subject matter
• Vast experience and portfolio of 2D animation, 3D animation, and motion graphics
• Experience with animation design using Blender, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, Adobe Animate, or other high-end animation software
• Ability to model in 3D software programs
• Ability to operate in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects
• Ability to create special visual and aural effects to pre-recorded video footage and photographs
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video production including but not limited to camera operation and video editing
