About the position

The Multimedia Design Marketing Specialist at Haviland Enterprises, Inc. is responsible for creating and managing content across various digital and print mediums, including social media, corporate presentations, email marketing, trade shows, and website content. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong design and communication skills to ensure brand consistency and support marketing projects internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing content for digital platforms, print, video, and trade shows
• Collaborate with the marketing team and publication partners to plan and coordinate content
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring brand consistency and meeting deadlines
• Develop high-quality content independently, with minimal support
• Communicate project requirements and receive feedback from team members and stakeholders
• Engage target audiences through well-crafted media strategies
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and aligns with project timelines and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, journalism or related field
• 7+ years of graphic design experience with a solid portfolio to showcase
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, or a similar email marketing platform
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in multimedia design and working within cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to represent Haviland's brand, vision and mission
• Creativity in developing compelling, brand-specific media that motivates target audiences to 'take action'
• Expertise in identifying target audiences and crafting effective advertising campaigns
• Ability to meet deadlines and submit high-quality content in a timely manner
