About the position

At Under Armour, we are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Graphic Designer II to focus on creating compelling presentations and visual communication materials. This role is pivotal in translating complex ideas into visually engaging content that resonates with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design, a passion for sports, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organization. In this position, you will work closely with Design leadership to create visually stunning presentations that effectively communicate our brand's message. You will be responsible for developing multimedia content that includes graphics, animations, and video elements, ensuring that all visual materials align with the brand's identity and guidelines. Your role will also involve gathering, preparing, and presenting conceptual ideas, as well as providing creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and meetings. Managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential, as is ensuring the timely delivery of all assets. Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies will be crucial to continually improving the quality and impact of our visual communications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and experience working under tight deadlines. The Multimedia Graphic Designer II will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and merchandising leadership, to understand their presentation needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions. This role is not just about design; it’s about making a significant impact on how we communicate visually within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Design leadership to create visually stunning presentations.
  • Develop multimedia content that includes graphics, animations, and video elements.
  • Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas.
  • Ensure all visual materials align with the brand's identity and guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their presentation needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
  • Provide creative input and feedback in brainstorming sessions and meetings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of visual communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to create engaging animations and video content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and experience multitasking and working under tight deadlines.
