About the position

The Multimedia Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in a long-term ongoing project, focusing on creating and managing multi-faceted deliverables. This hybrid position requires collaboration with team members while working both onsite in Vienna, VA, and remotely. The designer will utilize their creative skills and technical expertise to develop processes, produce animations, and enhance user experience through effective graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and guide multi-faceted deliverables
• Develop processes and procedures
• Utilize strong creative and design skills
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)
• Web development and intranet skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Animation and video production skills
• Develop interactive graphics
• Understand user experience and user interface design
• Identify, communicate, and resolve areas of concern
• Background/experience in marketing design and brand campaigns

Requirements

• Proficiency in Asana
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Experience with WordPress or other open-source content management systems
