About the position

The Multi-Media Journalist (MMJ) at WRGB/WCWN is responsible for reporting, shooting, and editing news stories, as well as developing story ideas and contacts. The role requires producing daily content across various platforms, including television, the internet, and social media. The MMJ will work independently and is expected to demonstrate sharp news judgment and excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Report, shoot, and edit news stories.

• Work independently to meet deadlines and produce high-quality news content.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years reporting experience is required.
• Experience with live shots is required.
• Excellent technical skills and sharp news judgment are essential.
• Must have and maintain a valid license and a good driving record.
