Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee various design projects, including graphic design, animation, and video production.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for various platforms.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite to create and edit graphic designs, animations, and videos.
• Develop and design brochures and other promotional materials.
• Update eCommerce and Amazon listings with product photos and videos.
• Generate video content to be used across various platforms.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer applications and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing coordinator on different projects.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1+ years of experience in a multimedia production, graphic design or videographer role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and WordPress.
• Demonstrable skills in Animation, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
• Experience in creating promotional videos and social media content.
• Proven ability to design and produce video content.
• Adept at working with various digital platforms and tools.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possess a degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Open to continuous learning and upgrading skills as per industry trends.
