About the position

The Multimedia Sales Account Executive at The Phoenix New Times is responsible for driving advertising revenues through the sale of a diverse range of digital marketing solutions. This role focuses on new business development, requiring a proactive approach to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's growth by leveraging their sales expertise and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Grow advertising revenues by selling digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Social Media, Streaming TV, Programmatic, Device ID, and Website Development.
  • Focus on new business development through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully with a high level of performance.
  • Stay updated on new products and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • High acumen for consultative selling.
  • Proven track record in sales or a similar field.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to self-generate leads.
