About the position

Responsibilities
- Develop messaging for various communication channels such as websites, digital displays, print media, and video.
- Proofread and edit technology-related communications.
- Process updates to internal communications websites.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communications for IT enterprise projects.
- Design promotional materials for workplace events.
- Engage in content management and content design discussions for the department's intranet site.
- Create new departmental branded templates for common types of communication.
- Produce video content for technical training courses and an organization-wide intern experience vlog.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university.
- Minimum of two years of college coursework in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
