About the position

The Multimedia Specialist III at DISH is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, including training videos and interactive eLearning materials. This role emphasizes both design sensibility and learner experience, utilizing various software and tools to produce high-quality video and graphic content that aligns with educational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the design of video graphics, titles, music, and creative look of training videos.
• Makes editorial decisions regarding assembly of information, illustrations, and content.
• Develops creative training materials with equal emphasis on design sensibility and learner experience and outcomes.
• Develops courses using Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other applications.

Requirements

• Expertise in developing interactive eLearning content using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Proficient in filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong skills in graphic design and animation, utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
