About the position

The Multimedia Specialist & Videographer role at Nu Skin involves creating compelling multimedia content for various platforms, including marketing, training, and events. The position requires expertise in video production and live broadcasting, with responsibilities spanning from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and travel as needed to support on-site productions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute branded video content for various platforms.
  • Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and storytelling objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live broadcasts for corporate events, webinars, and presentations.
  • Set up and manage live production equipment, including cameras, audio systems, lighting, and streaming platforms.
  • Provide technical support for in-person and virtual presentations, ensuring seamless delivery and high production quality.
  • Travel to event locations to manage on-site production needs, including event setup and troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, external vendors, and executives to deliver polished multimedia presentations.
  • Oversee theater operations for corporate presentations, including lighting systems, audio design, rigging, and scenery setup.
  • Mentor and lead team members, ensuring efficient project execution under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production, live broadcasting, and event support.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci) and familiarity with live streaming platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems, audio setups, video equipment, and theater operations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, executives, and external vendors.
  • Ability to travel as needed for on-site productions and events.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and brand guidelines.
