Multimedia Specialist

About the position

Granite Ridge Builders is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to oversee the implementation and success of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This full-time role involves capturing and creating visual content that showcases custom homes and promotes the Granite Ridge Builders brand, playing a key role in the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional real estate photography for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
• Create, edit, and produce engaging content to showcase custom home designs, client testimonials, community highlights, and other video campaigns as needed.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality visual content aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and ideas for digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Travel to various locations for photography and videography needs including footage with a drone license preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in photography or videography is suggested but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video production skills (required).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
