About the position

The Multimedia Specialist at MIBOR is responsible for creating and managing multimedia content across various platforms, including video, photography, graphics, and sound. This role requires a creative and technically skilled individual to design, develop, and deliver high-quality content that aligns with MIBOR's brand and marketing strategies. The position emphasizes teamwork and leadership, ensuring all materials uphold the integrity of the organization while collaborating with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm innovative marketing goals and ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and produces multimedia content using graphic design software, audio, video, photography, and other digital media, ensuring accessibility for all users.
  • Refreshes and enforces brand standards and guidelines across all creative uses of MIBOR's brand assets.
  • Meets and consults with internal customers to discuss creative briefs, make technical recommendations, and provide project status updates.
  • Plans, shoots, edits, and produces video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, tutorials, and internal communications.
  • Records, edits, and mixes audio for multimedia projects, including voiceovers, sound effects, and music tracks.
  • Creates dynamic animations and motion graphics to support marketing campaigns, educational videos, and social media content.
  • Ensures multimedia projects are delivered on-time and meet marketing quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Contributes to the development of multimedia content strategies that align with MIBOR's brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Maintains and operates multimedia equipment, software, and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Oversees creative production and output for other members of the communications department.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects).
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
  • Experience in multimedia production techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with a range of computer design packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in videography and social media asset development.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in multimedia production.
