About the position

The Multimedia Strategist will join EA's Fan Care Team, responsible for creating multimedia assets that enhance the help experiences for online audiences. This role focuses on developing engaging digital content to support players, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to improve player engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging multimedia content including videos, GIFs, and infographics for help channels.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all content.
  • Support new player-facing initiatives through content strategy and research validation.
  • Optimize multimedia assets for deployment and ensure consistency across help channels.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including intake, prioritization, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the EA Help team to gather player feedback and analyze behavior for content improvement.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities with key influencers to effect change in projects.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for gaming, particularly with a strong understanding of EA games, especially Battlefield.
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Content, Media, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience using video and media editing software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Ability to craft multimedia that conveys stories and appeals to different learning styles.
  • Experience developing methods for improving content accessibility and user experience.
  • A portfolio of previous work.

Nice-to-haves

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, digital filmmaking, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of emerging media trends and consumption habits.
  • Familiarity with top social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
