About the position

The Multimedia Strategist at Electronic Arts will be part of the Fan Care Team, responsible for creating engaging multimedia content to enhance the help experiences for online audiences. This role focuses on asset creation, quality control, content strategy, and user engagement, ensuring that the brand's voice is effectively communicated through various digital media formats. The strategist will collaborate with different teams to support new player initiatives and continuously improve content based on player feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging multimedia content including videos, GIFs, and infographics for help channels.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all content.
  • Support new player-facing initiatives through content strategy and research validation.
  • Test and optimize all assets for deployment across help channels.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely release of content.
  • Collaborate with the EA Help team to gather player feedback and analyze behavior for content improvement.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities with key influencers to enhance projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Content, Media, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in video and media editing software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience in crafting multimedia that conveys stories and appeals to various audiences.
  • Ability to develop methods for improving content accessibility and user experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in multimedia content creation.

Nice-to-haves

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital filmmaking, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of emerging media trends and consumption habits.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
