About the position

The Multinational Sales Development Representative at Duxaoil Texas LLC is responsible for initiating and managing sales campaigns within the oil and gas industry. This role focuses on promoting technical and scientific products, including couplings and rotary shouldered subs, by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The representative will maintain customer records, prepare sales contracts, and demonstrate product usage to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations for oil and gas industry products.
  • Manage assigned territory by identifying prospective customers and maintaining customer records.
  • Evaluate client needs to promote product sales effectively.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss product offerings and their relevance to customer needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
  • Prepare and submit sales and service contracts for orders.
  • Demonstrate the operation or use of products to customers.
  • Inform customers about estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other relevant information.
  • Study documentation for new scientific or technical products to stay informed.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
  • Attend sales or trade meetings to gather information about industry developments.
  • Consult with Sales Executive to exchange information on sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Two (2) years of work experience in sales or marketing of products.
