About the position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role is pivotal in assisting with leasing operations across multiple properties, including Eden Park, Fountains in the Park, Windsor Gates, Sterling Square, West Broadway, Stone Grove, City Limits, and The Meadows of Coon Rapids Apartments. The Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent will work closely with Hiring Managers and Leasing Teams to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure that all leasing processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves engaging with prospective and current residents. Flexibility in scheduling is also important, as the position requires regular travel to various properties within the region. A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role. In this position, you will be responsible for showcasing properties, conducting tours, and assisting potential tenants in the leasing process. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents. Responsibilities

  • Assist with leasing operations at multiple properties in Brooklyn Park/Minneapolis, MN.
  • Work with Hiring Managers and Leasing Teams to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
  • Engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
