You will spend approximately 60% of your time on new sales and tour management, 30% on resident relations and customer service, and 10% on leasing administration. You will utilize proven sales techniques and customer service skills to manage the sales process from start to finish, presenting Equity Residential communities in a compelling way, building rapport with prospects and residents, and providing a high level of customer service to support resident retention. You will report to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager.
