Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies for the Texas Tech Dental Oral Health Clinic.
• Self-direct and execute all marketing initiatives focusing on patient acquisition, student success, and donor stewardship.
• Manage and oversee social media content, campaigns, and trends.
• Create solution-driven ideas to ensure campaign success and analyze key performance indicators.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization as needed.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.
• Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies and demonstrate institutional values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in creative writing, public relations, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling six years.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience in audience and buyer persona research.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in creating branded content.

• 2-3 years of experience as a social media or marketing specialist or similar role.
