The Municipal Civil Engineering Team Lead will oversee a team of technical professionals within a well-established full-service architecture and engineering firm. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals in civil engineering.
- Manage and oversee various civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software to design and analyze projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 or more years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain it.
