Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals in civil engineering.
• Manage and oversee various civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software to design and analyze projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 or more years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred or the ability to obtain it.
